Successful professionals with at least 7 years of relevant experience in communications and/or marketing. My clients are communications consultancies, financial sector (e.g. banks, credit card issuers), legal profession, retail, broadcasters, automotive, NGOs, Higher Professional Education, ICT, museums, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and municipalities.

This helps me make the best assessment for a good match between yourself and an organisation looking to hire.
Proprietary candidate database and network
For each search assignment my own candidate database and extensive network will be my first port of call in finding the perfect communications and marketing professional. Once I consider there to be sufficient synergy, I will contact you for a further interview. In addition, I am always looking for ambitious communications and marketing professionals.
Guidance during the application process
I'll guide you extensively throughout the entire application process. This includes in depth preparation for the interview with the client and an evaluation afterwards.
Follow up after placement
Permanent positions:
After starting with your new employer, I offer you voluntary and free of charge a coaching program of three tailor made sessions by the experienced executive coach, Maaike Strack van Schijndel (www.msvs.nl). When you start your new job, you’ll be able to hit the ground running.
During the first year, I’ll continue to monitor your placement. I’ll be in regular contact with both you and your employer. Normally an evaluation takes place one month after the start date.

Throughout the entire contract period, I’ll stay in touch regularly. Given my experience, I understand the dilemmas you may be facing. Especially at the beginning when all is new, I can be a useful sparring partner, sharing expertise and experiences.
